R&D – INNOVATION

Improvements in technology and rapid changes in the customer expectations in the recent years made quality and competitive products and fast service two indispensible neccessity for the companies. In order to fulfill the necessities of these two concepts we have set up and R&D lab in our LEED certified facility in Eskisehir/ Turkey.

We are aiming to contribute to the pile up of knowledge in the HVAC sector as a result of our conciousness of sustainabilty, unconditional customer satisfaction and continous improvement while conduction our works in our new laboratory. Our primary target is to produce the best quality products that meets all the customer expectations with competitive prices and sustain this idal quality.

In our lab all of the test and analysis methods are conducted according to UL, EN and TS standartds primarily TS EN 14304, TS EN 13180 and UL 181. These standards are also taken in new product developments. We are using internationally proven statistical quality improvements methods such as Pareto analysis, Histograms and Ishikawa Diagrams whilst interpreting test and analysis results. ISIDEM is collaborating with Osmangazi University Technology Transfer Office, Anotolian University ARINKOM and many national and international laborataries in order to obtain the most accurate implementation of these tests and analysis methods.

Besides, new product developments and product certification works are underway in our laboratory so as to improve and sustain our quality. Entire test and analysis methods are conducted on entire processes from raw material acceptance to the end product delivery.

ISIDEM is increasing her contribution to Turkish Economy and Industry day by day as a result of technological production processes, qualified workforce, strong R&D backup and successful export performance. We are aiming to be the leading organisation for R&D and Know-how in our sector.
